ROB-rail sliding door fittings are available from stock. All rollers are supported on bearings and starting from series 110.000 come with standard steel wheel discs. The specially designed construction of the running wheels allows a slight tilting of the profile without the rollers being overloaded on one side. For the 110.000, 120.000, 170.000 and 130.000 series the running wheels are interconnected. With the closed bearings of the rollers additional lubrication is almost no longer necessary. But should the bearing rollers be used at temperatures over 80C, then you are advised to contact us. We prefer the double roller, for a supple and optimal operation.

The indicated load bearing capacities are calculated on the basis of the use of a suspension bracket every 60 cm.
A connecting bracket must be attached at both ends of the profile, as well as at the joint of two profiles. The brackets not only serve to secure the profile, but also to support it. For that reason we strongly advise against welding directly on a profile. In these cases one should always use welding brackets.
Never install more than 2 rollers per door. Should the load capacity of the two rollers be insufficient, then one should select a heavier model.
The stoppers are always placed in front of the outermost brackets, so in case a stopper becomes detached it will be blocked by the bracket and prevent the rollers from rolling out.
