Huisman Gemert takes care of the complete restoration of your existing roofs, both those containing asbestos and those that are asbestos free. We have developed the following step-by-step plan for this:
1A. Roofs containing asbestos
To be able to dismantle roofs containing asbestos you need an asbestos inventory report and a demolition permit. We work together with a qualified and certified agency to arrange this for you. For dismantling we work together with a certified asbestos cleaning company. They dismantle and remove the sheets of corrugated asbestos entirely in accordance with the regulations.
1B. Asbestor-free corrugated sheets or steel sheets
Asbestos-free corrugated sheets or steel sheets are disassembled by our own employees. The waste remains at the building site.
2. Repair work
Any repair work to the existing constructions, purlins, etc. can be carried out by Huisman.
3. New roofing material
For the new roofing material you have the choice of:
a. Asbestos-free corrugated sheets with a complete 10 year guarantee
b. Single-walled steel trapezoidal sheets in various types
c. Sandwich panels insulated in various sorts and thicknesses
Huisman delivers from its own stock and assembles with its own people, with all necessary fastenings, ridges, bargeboards and lighting.
