The most frequently used Huisman sandwich panel is the roof panel. This panel has a trapezoid, corrugated or roof tile profile on the top side. Whereas in the Netherlands this sandwich panel is used almost exclusively on roofs, in our neighbouring countries this panel is increasingly applied on walls.
The Huisman roof panel can be delivered in many varieties. Think of the various patterns for exterior application as specified above – but these are not the only possibilities. You can choose from various core thicknesses varying from 30 to 200mm, various core fillings such as PIR, PUR and MINERAL WOOL. And what is more, you can also choose the interior finishing (steel, synthetic, aluminium foil) as well as the exterior coating (Plastisol HPS200 Ultra, plastisol leather structure, polyester 25mu).
SIF
The SIF sandwich panel (Steel Insulation Foil) comes with the same trapezoid upper sheet as the normal sandwich panel. However, instead of a steel undersheet it comes with a white stucco or smooth silver coloured aluminium coating. Aluminium foil is resistant to agricultural ammonia vapours. Especially in the agricultural market and in the market for the renovation of asbestos roofs this panel is in great in demand due to its strong price-quality ratio.
Roof tile
As with the previous roofing sheets, Huisman’s roof tile sheets are available as insulation sheets. This particular sandwich panel is available with a modified polyester coating (matte) in one of two colours and in three possible colours of plastisol coating. It comes in core thicknesses of 45 / 60 / 80 and 100 mm. The thicker the panel, the fewer purlins you need. This sandwich panel is not only found in industrial buildings, but also on garages, garden sheds and even in house building.
Walls
The most diverse line of panels is the Huisman ISO wall panel. No fewer than 8 different models are available, each of which is suitable for use on building sites and tailored to the needs of the builder. Sandwich panels are available with a visible fixture and an invisible fixture. Wall panels are available from stock or to order in various sorts and thicknesses. They can be used as partitioning walls, but also in order to simultaneously insulate and install new inner walls of existing buildings that lack insulation.
